Shipping and Return Policy
PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19. The Order fulfillment times and the Order delivery times are taking much longer than normal. Please be patient. We are getting everyone’s Order out. The Shipping Carriers are also experiencing significant delays in their services. We apologize for these delays, but please know that we are doing everything in our power to process every order as fast as possible.
All CA residents must pay 9.5% sales tax.
All orders will ship within 2 to 3 business days unless item is out of stock which we will advise the customer.
We send most of our domestic packages using USPS First Class and Priority Mail with a usual delivery of 1-5 business days from the date shipped. Larger orders may be shipped FedEx “Ground” with an estimated delivery of 1-5 days depending on destination.
Domestic Orders – The shipping fee for domestic Orders is calculated based on the weight and size of the package and the destination it is being shipped to. Large orders will be shipped through FedEx Ground.
International Orders – The shipping fee for International Orders is calculated based on the weight and size of the package and the destination it is being shipped to.
Like many retailers, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can ship it back for exchange, refund, repair, or credit. All returned items must be NEW with Hang Tags still attached and must be Approved by DGAtees with a Return Authorization # (RA). All returns must be claimed within 10 days of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be made by mail. Please call our Service Center, if you wish to return or cancel an order placed online.
NOTE: All Exchanged items must be NEW with Hang Tags still attached and must be Approved by DGAtees with a Return Authorization # (RA). All Exchanges must be claimed within 10 days of purchase.
Returning by mail Within the US: Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular US Mail. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with the US Postal Service.
Please Note: We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries.
Outside the US: Ship goods prepaid, by insured ground shipping. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write “U.S. Goods returning” on the outside of the package.
Checks / Money Orders
All Checks and Money orders must be made out to DGA Tees, Inc. Also note that all checks must clear before we ship anything out, this may add a few extra days to the shipping.
